- No-Interest Payment Plan: Pay a major portion upfront, then pay monthly payments throughout the time of treatment.
- Paid-in-Full Discount: Receive an additional discount when paying in full in cash or by debit/credit card.
- Check: Only accepted for down payments or full upfront payments.
- Credit Card: Always accepted towards full or monthly payments.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. We will maximize patients’ insurance benefits. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.
You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Any remaining cost not paid by your insurance is your responsibility.
